Mazatlan Restoration Company began operations late in 2006.
Many people begin the process of restoring newly purchased properties but are unable to stay in Mazatlán for the entire period of construction. In many cases, they become disappointed during their subsequent visits when they don't see their expected results.
Even though they have telephone and email contact with the architect/contractor, it is difficult to have their wishes implemented.
A need was identified and Mazatlan Restoration Company was created to handle the demands of the new property owners.
The ownership and staff are all full-time residents and well-versed in restoration, construction and re-construction practices. In addition, daily communication and photographs (as often as requested) are the rule - not the exception.
