Clients' Private Webpages
Each of our clients is given their own private webpage which we keep up-to-date. Photos are taken at the onset and are constantly updated throughout the restoration/construction process.
In addition to photos, a running commentary is amended on a regular basis. The discourse includes comments on progress, discussions with architects/contractors, workers, etc. In other words, you are able to keep tabs on everything taking place at your property.
Perhaps the most important aspect of our relationship with you is the ability to communicate both by email and by telephone whenver necessary (or, whenever you feel like it). We maintain USA telephone numbers and voicemail. And, each page on your private webpage has a link to send an email.
