Corrections have been made to Bedroom 2 as requested. Tile's inner pattern is now centered.
A/C mini-split compressors have been installed on roof at rear on sound-proof material and affixed to roof.
Work is begining on stairway re-construction as demolition and clean-up has been completed.

Pool tiling completed - looks great!
Pool fountain to elevated as requested.
Discussed Bedroom tile layout with AC - changes agreed to.
Satellite Dish installer has delivered equipment and placed it on the roof. Installation and wiring next weekend.
