Mazatlan Restoration (MR) has been a godsend to my wife and I. We are presently restoring a 150 year old home in the historic district. The challenges of working long distance were a major concern.
Working with MR gave us the peace of mind we needed. They worked out a program that kept us informed. Photo documentation at critical moments meant we were able to work with our architect in a well informed manner.
MR also established a good relationship with our builder, making the process that much more enjoyable. They're knowledge of the market and what it takes to tackle a project like ours is priceless.
Without MR I'm sure we would have incurred cost overruns not to mention delays. We're close to finishing our home and what else can I say…it's been fun.
